📢🚨Ayrfield Youth Club🚨📢
We've recieved some very positive updates from our supporting councillors this morning regarding our proposals. 😃 We have also had calls from 2 Youth Services organisations about helping with the foundation, funding and set up of the Youth Club. 😃
We have more meetings lined up this week and when they are concluded we will be announcing an open community meeting for anyone that wants to volunteer or help found the Youth Club.
...At present the area has two volunteer based sports clubs in ourselves and O'Tooles GAA. These are fantastic services for a certain cohort but there is nothing on offer whatsover for the youth of the area that don't like sport.
We are determined to change that narrative and co create an open and inclusive facility that has something to offer every single youth in the area for generations to come.
