As you know a 7 year old boy was shot last night by a drive by another senseless drive by shooting in Stockton. This one hits close to home because I know the family personally. A .40 caliber bullet penetrated his stomach an exited his body. He was taken to UC Davis for surgery. Removed part of intestine..shot through liver..shattered and removed spleen...part of broken rib. He is receiving the best care and everyone prayers. Imagine that you were sitting in the living room ...when bullets came flying through your house. This family did absolutely nothing wrong. The bullet was likely intended for a nearby neighbor. This little guy has a great hard working family. His father has been helping special-needs children for years and his mother is one of the hardest working women you will ever meet and a member of the United States Military. Please continue to pray for their family and for the little boys full recovery. But also pray that the perpetrators are caught and brought to justice. They feel that Stockton has failed to protect their family. They want and deserve real justice for their son.
