Valerie Starushok (21) turned herself in and is cooperating with police. She will be lodged into the Jackson County Jail on one count of Harassment.

During an organized protest in front of the Planned Parenthood - 1550 Siskiyou Blvd - an unknown female approached one of the male protesters and struck him in the face with a wet sanitary napkin. The woman ran off towards the rear of the building.
