Landed back home!! We are chuffed to come home with a win after a challenging weekend to say the least. Starting from day one of shakedown the guys had to fit a new clutch just before shakedown! 🙈 Then onto the rally we started clean and tidy and we came off the 1st stage fastest R2! As the day went on we set more fastest stage times and had a great battle with Chris Ingram and the guys!

Day 2 our plan was to push, but half way though the 1st stage we made a mistake in our n...otes at a crossroads that resulted in a big compression and going down the road on the nose of the car then lose of brakes through the stage due to the impact losing us time. As the day went on we where on a right pace but our issues weren't over, we got a bent hub that couldn't be fixed in the allocated service time followed by a puncture and a cracked engine sump leaking oil 🙈 we kept pushing on never the less avoiding big cuts trying to keep the gap to Chris as small as we could and it was unfortunate to see Chris off on the last loop handing us the lead. It wasn't nice to see as it could have easily been anyone of the front runners at that pace! However we where over the moon to come away with top points, some fastest stage times and the Tony pond award which was a nice touch! 👍😊 puts our championship back on track and hopefully we can push on from this at round 5 of the Prestone MSA British Rally Championship 👍
