For anyone that has been affected by the hail storm today, we suggest you undertake a visual assessment (from the ground) to see if your panels have been cracked by the hail. If you can't see the panels and are concerned they may be broken, contact us for an assessment.

If your panels are broken you should follow these steps:

1. Turn your system off. Follow the system shutdown procedure, which will be outlined in your system user manual or on a white label on or near your inv...erter
2. Contact your insurer to inform them of the broken panels and submit an insurance claim
3. Contact the original supplier of your solar system, or if they are no longer around contact us to arrange quotations to replace the panels
