Today, for the first time, I had a close encounter with an invasive lionfish (Pterois miles), but not somewhere where it is common to find it. To be more precise, I took a few photos of lionfish in the Adriatic Sea while diving with DC Manta near Cape Stupište, near the coast of Komiža, on the island of Vis (Croatia) - these are the first shots and probably the first recorded encounter with this invasive fish species in the Adriatic Sea.

Danas sam po prvi puta imao bliski sus...ret s invazivnom ribom ribom lav (Pterois miles), ali ne negdje gdje je uobičajeno pronaći je. Da budem precizniji, snimio sam nekoliko fotografija lionfisha u Jadranskom moru dok sam ronio s DC Manta kod rta Stupište, blizu obale Komiže, na otoku Visu – ovo su prve snimke te vjerojatno prvi zabilježeni susret s ovom invazivnom vrstom ribe u Jadranskom moru.
