To the UVA student community and their families, DREAMers on Grounds wants to extend their full support to all who may need it during this particularly unsafe weekend at the university. We understand that the implementation of state troopers and police has instilled fear and worry in many students--new and returning. If you find that move-in, work, or class is difficult for you to attend because of the current atmosphere at the school, please do not hesitate to reach out to u...s for support in speaking with employers or professors, or for anything else. Lastly, DREAMers on Grounds would like to openly share an email sent to the Task Force that was responsible for the over-militarization of UVA's Grounds.
