Thousands demonstrated in Paris on the weekend against Macron's reactionary Global Security Bill and so-called Separatism Bill, with radical youth leading the way.

This legislation is intended to strengthen the repressive French state apparatus and demonise Muslims in an attempt to divert attention from the failings of Macron's hated government of the rich.

Protests also concerned the plight of culture workers, who have been left high and dry during the pandemic.
