PART THREE: I made it to the top but could not go any further. I was light-headed, felt like I was going to faint so I sat down on the rock you see me sitting here. Shaji and Brandon insisted they stay with me but I could not stand anymore. I would not forgive myself if we had to go back down without seeing this site after coming so far. I sat on the trail by the side as people climbed up and down and insisted on them going and seeing it and coming back to me. There a...re no trail guides here. There are only mostly young healthy trekkers with back packs going up and down. I sat there holding my head in hands and waited. It was hot but not too hot and there was this cool pleasant breeze. They had gone to the site, took pictures as you can see here but just as the shots were taken, they were called back by some people running up to them.

All I remember is sitting there with my head in my hands secure on the rock. Next thing I hear someone with a familiar voice kept asking me questions. I wondered if i might be watching tv. My eyes were closed and they said I will be fine and they were cleaning my face and bandaging me up. I heard that familiar voice saying I am going to be ok, a doctor is cleaning me up. After so many more questions and sticking gooey things in my mouth, giving me electrolytes, they lifted me up as I opened my eyes and set me back on that rock, that face looked so familiar again and I asked her again if I knew her or was she famous and the doctor said yes. As my eyes started to focus more, she smiled and took her hair tie off and shook her hair for me to figure out. Her sister the doctor asked me to guess and I told her I just hit my head, I can't remember. She said smiling 'Modern Family' and I said of course! I told her she was so beautiful. She introduced me to her sister Annie, the doctor, and she is of course Julie Bowen! They explained to me that the guide who was with the them, saw me fall forward splat on my face. My glasses broke my fall flat down, hitting my head on the flat rock breaking my skin on various areas near my nose. They had everything to clean up my wounds and set me up. As I was hearing them giving directions to many people to keep going up, everything was quick mode. They used my phone in my purse to call Brandon. It was a 20 minute trek to them. Some ran ahead to find them. Such wonderful men and women, selflessly giving of themselves! God bless them!

God is with you every moment in your life. He knows your inner desires and however you choose your movements, He never leaves you! The guide who was with the two famous sisters saw me fall forward. At the right time with no delay He sent the doctor and helpers. He restored me with sound mind and a joyous meeting with my helpers. They were so caring and loving to stop like the Good Samaritan does in the Bible! They were God sent! It was no accident they were there. They gave me electrolytes, medicines and pretzels with peanut butter. You see I forgot i was a diabetic. I only had my flask of water with me. I forgot to eat anything other than breakfast and an apple pie. I passed out because my sugar went low and dehydration! Never happened before! I told my Samaritans that I was so proud of what I had achieved climbing to the top. Had I known it was so treacherous, I would not have done it, but I was so proud I reached the top and got to meet my good Samaritans God sent for me at the right moment. My husband and my son climbed down as they ran to me. PRAISE GOD FOR THEM! They were so frantic! We praised God for His perfect timing. Had I fallen sideways or backwards, I would have split my head. Once we got to our hotel room, we FaceTimed our son Erick, the doctor who told me to go to the hospital. We did what he said and after 3 hours in the Moab hospital, I got 5 stitches and a fractured nose. I praise God for all the doctors and nurses we have in our lives! They truly are superheroes! And those celebrities are awesome human beings too! Love you Julie and Annie and now I have become famous for one minute for my antics! I also now have joined my husband and son Erick in my family as those who fractured noses. Daredevil or dumb as can be, I still consider this trek up the mountain as one of my proudest achievements in my life. Sometimes you need to take those chances in life to live to experience heights and depths. To see who you are as His creation and to know how He has brought you through this far. He is with you every step of the way! He will never leave you nor forsake you!
Psalms 91: 10 & 11. No harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.
