LITPOLUKRBRIG staff officers provide engaging and live training sessions for new staff members combined with the work process for fast adaptation to the busy schedule.
Newcomers have been introduced to their actual workplace environment and familiarized with their tasks and areas of responsibility.
...The incoming staff members will walk through the LITPOLUKRBRIG history, key missions and tasks, overview main exercises and training events together with the experienced staff from each of the key cells.
Also, the mentors provide broad information about the Brigade everyday activities, daily routine, safety and healthcare requirements due to Covid-19 restrictions and clarify other essential working issues.
The Newcomers' Integration Training serves a great opportunity to set team-building, to refresh skills and abilities as well as knowledge, to get a clear vision what everyone can contribute to the LITPOLUKRBRIG team and which issues must be focused on more closely.
More detailed on-the-job staff cell training will follow and continue for the next weeks.
