MEMPHIS, TN – On April 23, 2018 around 4:40 p.m., a complaint was filed with the Memphis Police Department by juvenile female victim. The victim advised she was walking home from school when an unknown male suspect abducted her near Deadrick Ave. and Pendleton St. Victim stated the suspect forced her into an abandon house in the 3100 block Radford Road and criminally assaulted her.

Bobby Milton (30) has been positively identified as a person of interest in this case.

A warrant has been issued for Bobby Milton for Aggravated Rape Warrant# 18010102.
