車票種類　Applicable ticket types：
八達通（包括：全月通）、各類智能單程車票（例：都會票、屯門 - 南昌全日通等）
Octopus (include Monthly Passes), all types of Single Journey Smart Tickets (eg. City Saver, Tuen Mun - Nam Cheong Day Pass)

措施　Measure：
乘客可於 7 月 30 日（星期三）前，攜同車票到各客務中心 / 輕鐵客務中心索取「心意單程票」 一張，機場快綫櫃位除外
Bring your ticket to any Customer Service Centres / Light Rail Customer Service Centres except Airport Express counters and get a "Goodwill Ticket" before 30/Jul（Wed）

「心意單程票」可於一個月內，免費乘坐港鐵一次，不適用於往返羅湖、落馬洲、乘坐機場快綫、頭等車廂、輕鐵及港鐵（接駁）巴士

"Goodwill Ticket" offers a free MTR ride within one month while it's invalid at Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, any rides on Airport Express, 1st Class Compartment, Light Rail and #MTR (Feeder) Buses
