У відповідь на запити ЗМІ повідомляємо, що #НАБУ та #САП 11 листопада затримали 7 осіб за підозрою у заволодінні 1,2 млрд грн стабілізаційного кредиту, наданого Національним банком України у 2014 році ПАТ «ВіЕйБі Банк». Йдеться про колишніх та чинних посадовців Національного банку України, ПАТ «ВіЕйБі Банк» та приватних компаній, пов’язаних із кінцевими бенефіціарами «ВіЕйБі Банку». In response to numerous requests from media, we inform that on November 11, 2019, #NABU and #SAPO have detained 7 persons on suspicion of embezzlement of 1.2 billion UAH of stabilization loan granted by the National Bank of Ukraine to the PJSC "VAB Bank" in 2014. Among the detainees, there are former and current officials of the National Bank of Ukraine, representatives of the PJSC "VAB Bank" and private companies related to beneficial owners of the "VAB Bank". Preliminary the actions of detainees are qualified under Part 5 Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Because it is an ongoing investigation, there are no further details at this time.
