Cayce was able to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge through his frequent otherworldly journeys on various subjects such as human origins, religion, consciousness, and life after death, to name a few. But it was his predictions of the future which he is perhaps most known for. He predicted the 1929 Stock Market Crash, the rise and fall of Adolf Hitler, the beginning and end of World War II, the entry of America into the war in 1941, the establishment of the U.N., the collapse of the Soviet Union and other major world events. His predictions of future events include the second coming of Christ, the extension of the human lifespan, a new step in human evolution involving increased psychic powers, and a thousand-year "golden age" of peace on earth..
