Just gave $1 to Mike Gravel. After interviewing his 17-year-old campaign managers, David E. Oks and Henry Williams, I'm convinced that this is more than just a joke. They're very serious about trying to use a Gravel pseudo-candidacy to push the other Democrats to the left on foreign policy by talking about war, imperialism, Israel, Chelsea Manning, and whatever else Sanders and Warren are reluctant to be too controversial on. They have a very compelling explanation for why they want to get the 65,000 donations necessary to get Gravel on the debate stage, and I actually believe that it would be a good thing. (Plus, it will make Bernie look both youthful and moderate.)
