Today, the last day of the #16DaysofActivism, the world marks #HumanRightsDay. Human rights should be enjoyed by all. Determined to ensure the full and equal enjoyment of #humanrights by women and girls, the OSCE participating States last week took a stand by adopting a Ministerial Council decision on combating and preventing violence against women. In the decision, the participating States reaffirm their OSCE commitments and agree to take action to address violence, abuse, t...hreats, and harassment directed at women, to encourage education on gender equality, human rights and non-violent behaviour, and to organize awareness‑raising campaigns about the risks of violence specifically facing women and girls.
