This is a sad day for Wilmington. It has just been brought to my attention that Mrs. Mann, Principal of Padua Academy has been fired!!!! I can tell you that she is the reason I have entrusted my daughter to that school. She is the reason they have achieved the status of Top 50 Catholic High Schools in the country, and she is the reason my daughter is getting an unbelievable education. MY DAUGHTER!!! She is being motivated and is on track for an engineeri...ng major in College. Bishop Malooly (Catholic Diocese of Wilmington) Please investigate this!! St. Anthony of Padua Parrish, SHAME ON YOU!! All because of money! Had you approached to parents of Padua Academy and informed them that the Parish was in trouble, there is not a doubt in my mind that they would have helped. I know we would have. But unless Mrs. Mann is reinstated, at this point, you are in jeopardy of losing much more that just a principal. #MANNPOWER
