On October 6, 2016 our City Mayor Hon. Nestor L. Alvarez, Ph.D. distributed packages of 3kilos of rice, can goods and noodles for the citizens of the city at around 8:35AM in front of rhe City Hall. Registration was done first as early as 7:15AM. The gift giving is an expression of thanks for his 62nd birthday last October 4.
