Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart for supporting me. I am honoured and proud to have been able to represent our country Nepal. I am encouraged by all your kind messages. I will continue to work hard and put my best efforts to improve further in the future.

Every success is a team effort, and the biggest share of the credit undoubtedly goes to my wonderful coaches, Rhys Gormley and Christine Green at Barnet Copthall Swimming Club.
