Այսօրվանից պաշտոնապես կարգելվի թուրքական ազգայնական «Գորշ գայլեր»-ի գործունեությունը Ֆրանսիայում։
Այս կարևոր որոշման մասին այսօր ինձ տեղեկացրեց Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան պարոն Ժոնաթան Լաքոտը:
...Հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացրեցի փաստեր խաղաղ բնակիչների նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի վայրագությունների ու դաժանությունների, այդ թվում՝ խաղաղ բնակիչների նկատմամբ արգելված կասետային ու քիմիական էլեմենտներ պարունակող զինատեսակների կիրառության, քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների զանգվածային ավերածությունների վերաբերյալ։
Ցավակցությունս հայտնեցի Ֆրանսիայի ժողովրդին Նիցցայի Աստվածամոր տաճարում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչության կապակցությամբ և դեսպանին իմ մտահոգությունը հայտնեցի վերջին օրերին Ֆրանսիայում էթնիկ հայերի դեմ ատելության հիմքով իրականացված ակցիաների առնչությամբ՝ կարևորելով հայերի անվտագության և իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերը։
Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Ժ․ Լաքոտը խստորեն դատապարտեց էթնիկ հայերի դեմ վանդալիզմի և հարձակման դեպքերը և տեղեկացրեց, որ այսօր Ֆրանսիայի նախարարների խորհուրդը որոշում է կայացրել արգելել թուրքական ազգայնական «Գորշ գայլեր» («Բոզքուրթ») կազմակերպության գործունեությունը Ֆրանսիայում՝ ծայրահեղ ազգայնական գործունեություն ծավալելու և վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում Ֆրանսիայի էթնիկ հայ քաղաքացիների և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ դեմ հարձակումներ գործելու, ատելություն հրահրելու կոչեր անելու համար։
Հանրահայտ փաստ է, որ ինչպես 2016 թվականին Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում, այնպես էլ հիմա Արցախում խոշտանգումները, վայրագություններն ու դաժանությունները ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կազմում կատարում են թուրքական ազգայնական «Գորշ գայլեր» կազմակերպության անդամները կամ իրականացվում է նրանց մեթոդներով։
Իմ անկեղծ երախտագիտությունը հայտնեցի դեսպանին այս կարևորագույն որոշման համար:

Le Défenseur des droits de l'homme de l'#Arménie Arman Tatoyan aujourd'hui a accueilli l'Ambassadeur Extraordinaire et Plénipotentiaire de France en Arménie S.E. Jonathan Lacôte.
Lors de la rencontre l'Ombudsman a
présenté des éléments de preuve sur les atrocités et le traitement inhumain des forces armées azerbaïdjanaises contre des civils, notamment l'utilisation d'armes à fragmentation et d'armes contenant des éléments chimiques interdites contre des civils, l'utilisation d'armes à feu et la destruction massive des infrastructures civiles.
Arman Tatoyan a exprimé ses condoléances au peuple français pour l'attentat #terroriste devant la cathédrale Notre-Dame de #Nice et exprimé son inquiétude à l'ambassadeur en relation avec les récentes actions en France fondées sur la haine contre les Arméniens de souche, soulignant la protection de la sécurité et des droits des Arméniens.
L'ambassadeur de France en Arménie J. Lacôte a fermement condamné les cas de vandalisme et d'attaques contre des citoyens français d'origine arménienne et des citoyens arméniens et a informé le défenseur que le Conseil des ministres français avait décidé de dissoudre l'organisation des nationalistes turcs «Loups gris» («Bozkurt» ) en France, en raison de la conduite par cette dernière d'activités ultra-nationalistes et, au cours de la semaine passée , d'attaques et d'incitation à la haine contre les Arméniens.
« Il est un fait connu que pendant la guerre d'avril 2016, ainsi qu'aujourd'hui, la torture, les atrocités et les traitements inhumains sont perpétrés par les membres de l'organisation turque des «loups gris» impliqués dans les forces armées azerbaïdjanaises, ou sont perpétrés en utilisant leurs méthodes »., ֊a souligné le Défenseur des droits de l'homme.
Il a exprimé sa sincère gratitude à l'Ambassadeur pour cette décision de la plus haute importance.

Turkish nationalist “Gray Wolves" to be officially banned in France today․
I was informed about this important decision from the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia H.E. Jonathan Lacôte.
During the meeting, I presented evidence about the atrocities and cruel treatment of the Azerbaijani armed forces against civilians, including the use of prohibited cluster and weapons containing chemical elements against civilians, the use of firearms and the massive destruction of civilian infrastructure.
I expressed my condolences to the French people on the terrorist attack on the Notre Dame Cathedral in Nice and expressed my concern to the Ambassador in connection with the recent actions in France based on hatred against ethnic Armenians, emphasizing the protection of the security and rights of Armenians.
The French Ambassador to Armenia J. Lacôte strongly condemned the cases of vandalism and attacks against French citizens of Armenian origin and Armenian citizens and informed the Defender that the French Council of Ministers had decided to ban the Turkish nationalist “Grey Wolves” (“Bozkurt”) organization in France, because of the latter’s carrying out of ultra-nationalist activities, and, during the past week, of attacking and inciting hatred against Armenians.
It is a known fact that during the April 2016 War, as well as now, the torture, atrocities and cruel treatment are carried out by the members of the Turkish nationalist “Grey Wolves” organization in the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, or are carried out by using their methods.
I expressed my sincere gratitude to the Ambassador for this decision of utmost importance.
