Hon. Mark Brown was delighted to be signing our Honolulu Sister City Agreement today with Mayor Rick Blangiardi and City Council Chairman Tommy Waters in the presence of our Kaumaiti Nui Travel Tou.

He is also tremendously proud of our CINAT team whose heart-felt performance here at FESTPAC13 ‘won over the hearts’ of all present.
