Hillary is having great difficulty motivating African-Americans and millennials to turn out and vote. Despite heavy turnout of Hispanics in Florida and North Carolina, low turnout among African-Americans and millennials has allowed Trump to substantially improve on Romney's performance in the early vote, making Trump likely to win both states.
