If what is true, this is from an off-campus fraternity which Penn virtually has no jurisdiction over their activities. Fraternities like these give the on-campus fraternities a bad rap and a bad name, even though many abide by the rules set forth by Penn and are a brotherhood filled with young gentlemen. In a few weeks I will be having a meeting with FSAB (Fraternity and Sorority Advisory Board, under OFSL) and I will most certainly bring this up if it is not already on their agenda.
