Dear Parents,

We can never be too careful when it comes to protecting our children. A dangerous “game” surfaced on social media a while back, particularly with students in other countries. The game is being talked about by student in our schools.

The “Blue Whale Challenge” app involves the enticement of students into risky behavior that could result in the final challenge of taking one’s life. While we do not know of any VUSD students who are playing it, we want to make sur...e that you are aware of it.
