A Groton man was arrested this morning for public indecency and breech of peace, according to state police.
This morning at 11 a.m. Troopers were dispatched to Dunki'n Donuts on Westcott Road for a suspicious person within the parking lot. When Troopers arrived to the scene, they located a male inside a vehicle masturbating while watching pornography on a mobile device.
...The individual, 29 year old John Christopher Willis of Groton, was arrested and charged with public indecency and breech of peace and placed on a $5,000 cash//surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on October 4th 2017.
