🇺🇦 23 серпня, напередодні 28-ї річниці Незалежності нашої країни, вперше за часи її новітньої історії, були проведені вогневі випробування ступеня ракети-носія в цілому - відбувся прожиг третього ступеня ракети-носія середнього класу «Циклон-4», спроектований КБ «Південне» та виготовлений на Південмаші.
Під час вогневих випробувань всі системи відпрацювали відмінно, двигун ступеня вмикався п'ять разів, як і було заплановано конструкторами ...КБ «Південне».
Випробування визнано успішними! По закінченню проведення аналізу випробувань ми представимо більш детальний звіт.
☑ Нагадаємо, що до складу третього ступеня РН «Циклон-4» входить рідинний ракетний двигун РД-861К, призначений для створення тяги та маневрування. Також основні конструкторські рішення закладено до складу другого ступеня нової ракети-носія «Циклон-4М».

On August 23, the day before the 28th anniversary of Independence Day of Ukraine celebration and also for the first time ever over the period of Ukrainian recent history, hot-fire tests of the medium-class Cyclone-4 launch vehicle third stage, developed by Yuzhnoye State Design Office and manufactured at Yuzhmash Machine Building plant were performed.
During the hot-fire tests, all systems worked successfully, the total number of engine ignitions attained up to the five times, as it has been scheduled by Yuzhnoye’s specialists.
Tests are considered absolutely successful! After the analysis of testing will be accomplished, we are going to introduce you with more detailed report.
We reiterate that the Cyclone-4 launch vehicle third stage includes the RD861K liquid-propellant rocket engine, designed for the thrust generation and for maneuvering. The fact is that the most important engineering solutions are underlaid in the basis of the new Cyclone-4M launch vehicle second stage design.
