With a poverty rate of about 26%, our city is said to have the highest rate of poverty compared to other major cities across the country. Last night, I spoke on the House Floor about the City of #Philadelphia’s new Hub of Hope initiative designed to address homelessness throughout our city.

Hub of Hope is a wonderful example of a public-private partnership coming together to deliver positive outcomes. I look forward to working with SEPTA, Project HOME and the city on the new Hub of Hope program!
