Students tore down flyers of Kate Steinle for being "racist" and universities even launched investigations on the flyers for being "anti-undocumented immigrant".
On July 1st, 2015, Kate Steinle was killed by an illegal immigrant felon who was protected from deportation because of San Fransisco's Sanctuary City law. Her murderer was acquitted last month. Students from universities across the West Coast organized to ensure that her name and story are not forgotten.
Sanctuary ...policies kill Americans, but we are constantly told by the media and political elites that we must remain silent. The only deaths acceptable to discuss are those that confirm the media’s narrative on racism or gun control. Truly, Kate is not just the slain daughter of the Steinle family but a member of every American’s family as well.
The media and our politicians want to erase Kate’s name and story from history. It’s on us to speak the name of America’s lost daughter: Kate Steinle. #EndSanctuaryCities
