POLICY

Job posts must not discriminate against applicants based on any protected characteristics, including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, colour, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition or any other basis protected under federal, state or local law. Job posts must comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination.


Job posts that encourage only certain protected groups to apply violate our jobs discrimination policies. If an employer would like to indicate a desire for diverse applicants, the employer may indicate that protected groups are welcome to apply as part of an overall message that all applicants are welcome.


Job posts that contain gender-specific titles violate our jobs discrimination policies.
