Job posts must not promote employment opportunities that are misleading, deceptive or fraudulent.
If you're sending people to your website to finish the application, your link should take them directly to the job post that you advertised on Facebook so that applicants can immediately submit an application. The link should not link to your home page.
Job posts should not contain enticements without also providing a clear explanation of the role's responsibilities and requirements.
