Love it here so far! The trainers are super motivating and I don't at all dread going to the gym, which is amazing in it's own. Both trainers take the time to get to know you which also makes it hard ...to not show up everyday! :) See More

I love the diversity of the people I sweat with and the non-judgmental culture that supports each member while encouraging us to push ourselves and to repect our health. The workouts are never dull o...r same-old exercises and the coaches are professional and approachable. In these high-stress times, FBBC builds strength in so many ways! See More

Huge shout-out to trainers, Will and Julian. These guys keep you motivated and engaged every single class.

I love how the work-outs are different every single day. I am constantly sore just because ...of how much they mix up core, cardio, weights, etc.

I have even changed my daily routine to the 5:20 AM work out (yikes!). It is a wonderful way to jump-start your day. I never know what the work out will be, but I know it will be intense and engaging. Give them a shot if you are looking for results!

I’ve had fun and am feeling stronger all the time. I love that every day is different because the variety of workouts is something I can’t come up with on my own.

I love everything about this gym! I particularly like the variety and creativity of the workouts, it keeps me interested and motivated to keep coming back. The coaches are awesome and do a great job o...f helping you with your form and encouraging you to work your hardest. I saw a difference in my muscle definition and strength/stamina within just a few weeks of these classes. I highly recommend!! See More

*** IMPORTANT UPDATE***

I just wanted to let you all know that we have decided (again) that due to the weather, we are going to be canceling the first two sessions tomorrow morning (5:25am & 6am).

I am sure you all know that it is supposed to snow and be below freezing all night!

We aren't sure how the weather will be like in the morning so we may cancel more depending on how it goes but just for you and our staff's safety, we want to cancel the first two.

And again...

BE SAFE OUT THERE! We want to see all of your faces at the gym again 🤗

Here is another great workshop coming up next month!

Join Emily Johnson on Saturday, March 24th as she teaches us on Functional Range Conditioning (FRC).

Developed by world-renowned musculoskeletal, and human movement expert Dr. Andreo Spina, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) is a system of joint health, and mobility training based in scientific principals and research. Mobility refers to the amount of USABLE motion that one possesses across a particular articulation (joint). The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Obsessed with chia pudding right now!

Make them the night before for a sweet grab-and-go breakfast or after-dinner treat.
