Hi everybody that is praying your here welcome to my home and this week's fire side chat and will open up with humans human second second symphony symphony second second movement movement enjoy enjoy for for a a moment moment schumann schumann was was in in the the eighteen eighteen 40 40 sites say and he he wrote wrote this this you new are a four for symphony's symphony's this this is is the the second second as as I I said said it's it's a a very very lively lively moving movement I I was was pick pick the the lively lively ones ones for for this this I I would would love love you you to to love love classical classical music music anyway anyway usually usually smoke smoke a a cigar cigar at at the the fire fire side side chat chat but but when when I'm I'm at at my my desk desk I I alternate alternate between between cigar cigar and and pipe pipe ever ever since since I I was was about about 16 16 years years of of age age I I love love the the taste taste of of tobacco tobacco there's there's no no inhaling inhaling like like cigarettes cigarettes I I should should once once just just do do a a whole whole thing thing on on the the difference difference because because there's there's so so much much nonsense nonsense and and even even malicious malicious lying lying about about cigars cigars and and pipes pipes that that has has nothing nothing to to do do with with the the truth truth and and by by the the way way it's it's very very sad sad because because with with the the back back home home smoking smoking that that was was cool cool vintage vintage Syrian Syrian it's it's serious serious kia key special special type type of of tobacco tobacco a a lot lot of of types types and and it's it's not not available available anymore anymore because because you you can't can't get get anything anything out out of of sharia sharia basically basically and and so so much much has has been been destroyed destroyed and and charlie charlie one one of of the the great great tragedies tragedies of of the the Syrian Syrian tragedy tragedy but but just just mentioning mentioning it it anyway anyway welcome welcome to to welcome welcome to to the the broadcast broadcast oh oh yeah yeah one one open open up up about about health health care care because because it's it's in in the the news news but but I I don't don't talk talk policy policy so so don't don't don't don't get get turned turned off off I'm I'm not not a a policy policy want want there there are are and and we we need need policy policy months months that's that's just just not not my my thing think I I divide divide the the world world among among those those who who think think there they're our are treat three people people and and there there are are force force people people in in the a forest forest person person I'm I'm not not obsessed obsessed with with the the trees trees I'm I'm obsessed obsessed with with the the forest forest the the big big picture picture that's that's just just the the way way I I think think so so that's that's the the reason reason but but I I wanna wanna give give you you a a big big picture picture idea idea on on this this Prix Prix existing existing insurance insurance problem problem me me ask ask you you a a question question if if you you sold sold insurance insurance policies policies to to people people for for their their cars cars your your insurance insurance company company or for small small insurance insurance company company and and you you make make a a living living selling selling car car insurance insurance by now now let let me me ask ask you you this this if if people people could could buy buy your your car car insurance insurance after after they they had had a a car car crash crash would would you you go go out out of of business business would would you you thrive thrive which which one one the the answer answer is is you you go go out out of of business business because because if if that's that's what what people people could could do do nobody nobody would would buy buy car car insurance insurance until until they they got got into into a a crash crash than than I'll by buy the the insurance insurance and and go go cut cut the the Co Co pays pays for for my my damage damaged car car is is that that a a great great deal deal or or what what that's that's what what preexisting preexisting condition condition is is most most of of the the time time in in car car terms terms your your preexisting preexisting condition condition is is that that you you just just had had a a car car crash crash that's that's your your preexisting free existing car's car's condition condition or or your your car's car's preexisting preexisting condition condition now now you'll you'll by buy the the insurance insurance that's that's absurd absurd that that would would end end all all insurance insurance that's that's no no one one insurance insurance is is insurance insurance is is you you don't don't know know what what will will happen happen so so while while you you don't don't need need the the insurance insurance you you are are paying paying in in for for the the day day that that you you need need it it that's that's the the problem problem with with the the whole whole notion notion of of the the preexisting preexisting issue issue people people think think all all people people whose whose kid kid is is born born with with epilepsy epilepsy that's that's a a boy full existing existing condition condition which which is is really really is is they they can can get get insurance insurance that's that's a a tiny tiny number number of of Americans Americans and and that that is is a a moral moral issue issue that that must must be be addressed addressed there there must must be be a a way way for for those those people people to to have have insurance insurance but but the the vast vast majority majority of of people people when when we we talk talk about about three three existing existing condition condition it it means means after after I I get get sick sick I'll I'll buy buy the the insurance insurance get get it it that that right right birth birth month month that that ends ends the the possibility possibility of of insurance insurance companies companies existing existing and and that's that's why why they they pull pull out out of of markets markets had had the the build build up up and and pass pass by by the the Republicans Republicans under under the care care there they're the the increasingly increasingly insurance insurance companies companies health health insurance insurance companies companies are are leaving leaving States States iowa iowa might might not not have have a a single single insurance insurance company company working working there there for for I I don't don't know know why why I I that's that's that's that's what what was was projected projected going going to to how how much much more more to to say say I I just just want want you you to to understand understand why why it's it's a a real real issue issue this this pretty pretty existing existing issue issue preexisting preexisting condition condition issue issue that that it's it's not not a a matter matter of of of of greedy greedy Republicans Republicans who who don't don't care care about about people people who who have have epilepsy epilepsy or or born born with with some some other other illness illness no no no no not not at at all all it it is is about about the the vast vast majority majority of of people people who who won't won't buy buy insurance insurance till till they they get get sick sick but but that's that's not not insurance insurance it's it's just just that that that's that's just just a a token token that that you you put put in in the the meter meter to to absolve absolve yourself yourself it's it's like like it's it's like like you you know know putting putting in in a a diamond diamond parking parking meter meter or or quarter quarter in in the the parking parking meter meter after after the the meter meter maid maid showed showed up up it it doesn't doesn't work work like like that that you you your your car car has has to to have have had had to to be be paid paid before before in in the the meter meter maid maid showed showed up up is is that that clear clear kinds kinds of of mind mind being being I I just just clarity clarity is is very very important important but but you you know know you're you're not not allowed allowed to to think think this this way way cause cause Jimmy Jimmy kimmel kimmel go go on on Tv Tv and and totally totally understandable understandable cry cry about about his his child child who who needed needed surgery surgery what what parents parents not not gonna gonna cry cry about about their their child child being being surgery surgery but but that's that's not not the the way way to to think think clearly clearly about about an an issue issue that's that's the the way way that's that's the the way way to to clearly clearly it's it's not not the the same same and and emotions emotions do do not not policy policy make make motions motions are are a a wonderful wonderful thing thing if if they they don't don't dominate dominate people people thinking thinking alright alright now now we we good good guys guys alright alright one one more more see see this this on on like like cigars cigars you you gotta gotta keep keep pumping pumping work work oh oh down down by by the the way way that that is is a a pipe pipe lighter lighter I I love love all all this this paraphernalia paraphernalia stuff stuff I I love love it it by by by by the the way way if if you you haven't haven't noticed noticed I I love love life life my my belief belief is is enjoy enjoy as as much much as as you you can can or or idea idea samples samples much much fun fun like like I I think think also also have have as as much much fun fun as as you you can can but but you you should should read read my my chapter chapter on on the the difference difference between between fun fun and and happiness happiness in in my my book book on on happiness happiness courts courts called called happiness happiness is is a a serious serious problem problem I I don't don't care care if if you you buy buy used used just just breathe breathe it it it's it's not not that that much much new new but but if if you you get get it it used used and and you you read read it it I'm I'm happy happy because because it it was was meant meant to to touch touch people's people's lives lives there's there's a a big big difference difference between between fun fun and and happiness happiness fun fun as as what what you you experience experience during during an an act act happiness happiness is is what what you you experience experience afterwards afterwards one one is is great great but but that that doesn't doesn't make make you you happy happy okay okay another another time time now now by by the the way way I I don't don't see see these these questions questions in in advance advance just just want want you you to to know know you you send send a a man man I I read read them them which which means means there there might might be be some some like like I I might might have have to to say say I I don't don't know know or or that that now now or or I I can can go go on on forever forever okay okay clayton clayton circle circle only only now now giving giving last last names names I I find find I I like like that that mean mean Clinton Clinton circle circle I I love love means means clayton clayton circle circle would would be be on on my my list list of of favorite favorite names names but but you you know know my my all all time time favorite favorite name name I I mean mean real real names names not not names names I I make make up up names names but but my my all all time time favorite favorite real real maine maine trucks trucks than than instead instead oh oh no no my my son son is is my my second second favorite favorite was was the the us us ambassador ambassador to to the the Dominican Dominican Republic Republic sometime sometime you you be be near near the the third third quarter quarter of of the the twentieth twentieth century century his his name name was was phelps phelps phelps phelps I I always always have have wondered wondered what what his his parents parents were were thinking thinking she she honey honey what what will will remain remain phelps phelps junior junior felt felt funny funny but but then then sweetheart sweetheart know know he'll he'll be be phelps phelps phelps phelps the the kids kids will will make make fun fun of of him him phelps phelps phelps phelps it it is is okay okay man man clearly clearly succeeded succeeded bassett bassett or or the the medical medical Republic Republic among among other other things things okay okay I I love love this this one one clean clean till till you you are are my my man man dennis dennis what's what's the the difference difference between between knowledge knowledge and and wisdom wisdom okay okay be be ready ready knowledge knowledge I I give give you you a a lot lot of of answers answers knowledge knowledge is is what what a a your your computer computer has has Tv Tv has has knowledge knowledge meant meant amount amount of of knowledge knowledge and and has has no no wisdom wisdom Google Google cannot cannot answer answer the the question question what what does does it it all all mean mean what what is is it it all all about about it's it's like like science science science science has has knowledge knowledge but but no no wisdom wisdom you you could could know know all all there there is is to to know know all all there's there's no no such such thing thing you you can can know know a a vast vast amount amount about about physics physics or or biology biology or or chemistry chemistry but but that that doesn't doesn't tell tell you you anything anything about about what what is is the the meaning meaning of of life life what what is is the the purpose purpose of of life life what what is is good good what what is is evil evil wisdom wisdom is is are are the the lessons lessons of of life life knowledge knowledge is is simply simply knowledge knowledge and and there there are are serious serious there there are are so so many many other other examples examples here here I I was was give give this this example example when when I I start start my my ultimate ultimate issues issues our our my my third third our our Tuesday Tuesday on on my my radio radio show show so so I I speak speak about about why why it's it's important important to to have have deep deep thoughts thoughts about about the the ultimate ultimate issues issues and and not not just just have have knowledge knowledge knowledge knowledge is is having having a a map map you you have have a a map map and and you you see see every every Street Street every every Avenue Avenue every every highway highway but but the the map map doesn't doesn't tell tell you you where where you you should should go go it it gives gives you you know know destination destination it it all all it it only only gives gives you you the the knowledge knowledge of of how how to to get get to to the the destination destination the the destination destination is is wisdom wisdom the the map map has has knowledge knowledge I I am am I I clear clear on on that that guys guys good good next next Jason Jason price price guy guy I I hope hope I I pronounce pronounce your your name name right right okay okay are are why why a a e e dennis dennis how how to to judaism judaism christianity christianity humor humor differently differently or or they they have have the the same same view view of of right right and and wrong wrong they're they're very very very very close close that's that's why why we we speak speak of of judeo judeo Christian Christian values values we we don't don't speak speak of of you you day day of of Christian Christian theology theology they they have have different different beliefs beliefs obviously obviously christianity christianity has has the the trinity trinity judaism judaism does does not not believe believe in in the the trinity trinity that's that's that's that's clear clear but but but but in in terms terms of of morals morals first first of of all all they they both both emanate emanate from from the the old old testament testament christianity christianity is is affirmative affirmative of of the the old old testament testament as as judaism judaism is is it's it's true true christianity christianity has has a a testament testament that that the the Jews Jews do do not not regard regard as as the the word word of of God God the the new new testament testament but but the the basic basic moral moral values values the the 10 10 commandments commandments are are shared shared as as an an example example and and that's that's why why so so many many Christians Christians are are viewed viewed a a tens tens of of millions millions of of my my my my videos videos on on the the 10 10 commandments commandments I I wish wish you you would would see see it it specially specially for for secular secular no no wait wait they're they're largely largely similar similar on on on on more more values values that's that's why why uh uh it it is is evangelical evangelical Christians Christians who who syndicates syndicates my my radio radio show show here here I I am am a a religious religious jew jew any any Joe Joe Christians Christians give give me me the the form form to to broadcast broadcast because because we we share share virtually virtually identical identical values values that's that's why why so so it's it's a a it's it's a a beautiful beautiful thing thing now now having having said said that that if if you're you're curious curious and and you you probably probably are are I I will will give give you you uh uh couple couple of of examples examples of of where where they they would would different different at at least least in in theory theory much much your your Jews Jews and and Christians Christians with with different different much much is is as as as as pure pure judaism judaism and and christianity christianity on on this this issue issue but but I'll I'll give give you you one one example example uh uh divorce divorce judaism judaism accepts accepts divorce divorce are are more more than than let's let's say say jesus jesus that that obviously obviously so so depending depending on on the the Christians Christians some some Christians Christians truly truly oppose oppose any any any any divorce divorce and and Catholic Catholic church church is is not not if if you you will will marry marry in in the the Catholic Catholic church church you you cannot cannot remarry remarry in in the the Catholic Catholic church church less less that that somebody somebody unless unless that that marriages marriages and and old old oh oh mean mean you you remember remember really really were were married married yeah yeah if if the the person person one one person person is is widowed widowed then then you're you're allowed allowed to to remarry remarry but but done done after after a a divorce divorce in in judaism judaism after after the the divorce divorce you you can can remarry remarry and and I I know know Christians Christians have have called called my my show show and and and and I I love love when when they they do do obviously obviously because because I I love love talking talking about about religion religion I I love love it it so so the the they they tell tell me me this this doesn't doesn't say say in in the the old old testament testament and and it it does does God God hates hates divorce divorce one one of of the the profits profits on on a a remember remember which which profit profit and and yes yes yes yes it's it's true true God God hates hates divorce divorce God God hates hates a a lot lot of of things things gone gone hate hate so so more more but but sometimes sometimes war war is is necessary necessary and and sometimes sometimes divorce divorce is is necessary necessary but but give give me me one one more more example example of of where where they they might might different different remember remember 99 99 percent percent they they don't don't different different what's what's right right and and what's what's wrong wrong at at cetera cetera but but here here is is another another another another example example and and wasn't wasn't it it gave gave you you divorce divorce and and this this really really happens happens to to me me but but I'm I'm so so relax relax smoking smoking my my pipe pipe and and my my me me uh uh let let me me think think oh oh yes yes lost lost jesus jesus says says whoever whoever loss loss after after another another woman woman it it is is as as if if he he has has committed committed adultery adultery with with his his heart heart and and judy judy would would not not say say something something like like that that because because judaism judaism is is much much more more behavior behavior or or oriented oriented than than 40 40 oriented oriented there there are are very very few few fought fought sins sins in in the the old old testament testament the the only only one one I I can can think think of of actually actually is is um um do do not not comment comment what what your your neighbor neighbor owns owns the the tenth tenth commandment commandment I I can't can't think think of of another another thought thought commitment commitment and and there there are are 613 613 commandments commandments in in the the first first five five books books where where all all the the commandments commandments are are to to be be found found so so that that would would be be just just another another example example okay okay and and tonio tonio brew brew ask ask dennis dennis do do you you believe believe prostitution prostitution should should be be legal legal or or illegal illegal if if you you believe believe it's it's a a moral moral tour tour say say about about the the torah torah introduce introduce another another it's it's interesting interesting that that this this is is the the question question following following the the lost lost question question the the end end is is an an interesting interesting thing thing in in the the altar altar is is the the first first five five books books and and end end of of old old testament testament prostitutes prostitutes don't don't get get a a bad bad rap rap Ray Ray have have the the prostitute prostitute is is the the one one who who saves saves the the whole whole Jewish Jewish people people when when they they invade invade came came in in the the holy holy land land the the spies spies are are the the real real life life spies spies are are hidden hidden by by prostitute prostitute now now if if God God had had a a really really really really really really negative negative view view of of prostitutes prostitutes why why would would you you have have chosen chosen a a prostitute prostitute to to save save the the Jews Jews and and hi hi hi hi to to the the spice spice there's there's uh uh there's there's a a whole whole host host of of prostitutes prostitutes bring Jose to marry one now prostitution is not regarded as a wonderful thing don't get me wrong but the prostitute is not a villain preston is not a murderer the prostitute is not a Bank robber the prostitute is not a rapist there are those are evil prostitute is a sin but it's not an evil and it's a very important distinction that is very rarely made and not everybody agrees with me but when he with me rockets were thinking about no that's how I would in a nut shell answered should it be legal I'm torn I'm totally torn on decision there are not many issues that I'm truly truly torn on the one hand who's society to tell the gulch what they can do for me for example you know here's the irony you have feminist who say that a woman should be free to do what you want with the wrong body so therefore it should be no laws about abortion but of course that's this ingenuous argument is the baby or one of the fetus school whatever you want is not her body it's in her body nobody argues about allowing woman to do what you want with their own body wanna tattoo your face you contact to your face you wanna have a silicone breast implant you can but the irony is the feminist came out against silicone breast and plans uh but so they said the woman really can do what you want with their own body and like was a lot of feminists are against legalized prostitution and that that's a woman do what you want with their own body so I know I am largely not entirely libertarian in these matters just leave people alone unless what they're doing is evil so uh in it harms another now you can or you well with those form a very complex question so uh I torn and that's the direction of legalizing it the one reason literally the only reason I am for not legalizing it is that I think a vast number of young women would enter it these are not financially easy times it's a corner court easy way to make money and I don't want to see vast numbers of young women enter that profession as it were so I am torn what I would like to see is unless a pimp or prostitute first if women are being traffic that's evil of the issue there was the trafficking that that has to be shut down miners is a non issue it has to be shut down but if if if it 25 year old woman has a high class uh coal girl group and and you know for her thousand dollars a night or I don't know what the going rate is that sounds expensive to me uh I don't I don't think the police need to stop it so not for legalizing it on the other hand I don't wanna prosecuted unless it's forming the society I was just in Seattle told me that it's Strip clubs they there's a lawyer can be within four feet of the of the dancer no this is all this is big liberal Seattle won't kinda lawns that one who's getting hurt okay it's unbelievable to me uh these these these laws to it's so many areas century the like rapping but anyway that's my answer long answer short question samuel dog the H ask what was the hardest part of being a teenager for you well I can tell you it's amazing like every question comes to the same answer a lot of girls what am I gonna tell you it's tough to be a teenage boy not today maybe not well the sexual tension and not a lesson boy which does really go away till about the age of 100 and 12 that's side better is a was a hard part another hard part was uh I cared about big issues from a very very early age I cared about good and evil and know the I always have friends but it was hard to find friends girlfriends or boyfriends who cared about the big issues that I cared about thank God I did and and starting in high school always had unbelievably close male friends which is been a major part of my happiness remember though and money uh twenties you know I said me the girl somewhere no shit we start talking I know I have nothing to say about my favorite movie with my favorite band my favorite band it's probably the one beethoven conducted in indiana in eighteen oh six hmm so that didn't help you know she mention some popular we've been go but she who go like who's on first who I said who that's when I ask you know all that we like them anyway when I was little what years was up I think that was later so oh yeah yes will be about right but I know I have no idea I have no idea and you know it really got funny actually when you know I sold I was elected I was lecturing in my twenties already and I'm serious subject so I remember once a so attracted to a girl thing was a barber and restaurant book store book stores were stores that sold books the physical stores just for those of you only know amazon and uh so so what do you do I know I speak a really or speak what you speak and what a life I speak on ethical monotheism well that was not exactly great pickup line I cared about the big issues and it was not my teenagers my graduates we years in my early twenties I really did see myself as a loan because I couldn't stand was happening on my campus we're kids we're taking over a dean's offices president's office is just like today same left this kids and I felt like I was sort of a on our flyer okay nope Greg rovers ask then if you have any left this friends or relatives if so how those conversations go to politics get in the way I have liberal relatives yes many most oh nobody think of it I think all and we love each other but again they're not left this the liberal sometimes when I can think of it takes a leftist views I love him too and you know thank God we all know that there are other values in life like the beauty of family and so you know keep it like that but for friends I tend to on friends who share my values I you know I argue this these issues for a living wanna then go to dinner are you again and I don't wanna hide myself wanna be able to this is what I believe this is who I am and share it with the people better I'm intimately involved with people ask finish who what are some issues political social just where your views have changed over time what I'm asked that often and every time I have to think it through basic fundamental moral issues of life I have pretty been consistent for example I was always for capital pollution I never I never understood why people for no matter how many people you torture and murder you have the right to live you rapist seven year old and then strain on her and you have the right to live I don't I don't understand that view frankly but so I've always felt that way I was cared about fighting evil it's the biggest thing in my life so these things haven't changed the biggest single change I think is that I am and I tell you exactly when it happened to Ronald reagan did it when Ronald reagan said government is not the solution it is the problem it was the clouds dissipated the Sun shone through I now realized that's correct and that's when I went from Democrat to Republican that's right the bigger the government these are my phrases the bigger the government the smaller the citizen the bigger the government the more the corruption the bigger the government the more of the lobbyist big government is a bad thing period this government do anything good of course it does of course but it's so much bigger than the founders of America founded America to be the only country in world history founded 10 limited government it's the founders understood you can't have liberty and big government merch is been much for your country then Europe as a result that European countries are free compared to much of the rest of the world I understand that but there's much more free speech in the United States than there is in Europe big government is a terrible thing that tip it has it totally debilitating impact on the society and it makes people dependent on it those who advocate big government are like drug dealers and the drug they're dealing is free things the addiction to free things is harder to break than the addiction to heroin emily might know wait cancel okay here we go final question from 21 tight one from the man that's the beauty of these things people all over the world watch and listen by the way before I even look at your question to one I've been to a hundred 30 countries people ask me 11 of my favorite places the at name is one of my favorite places the vietnamese people are among the most dynamic people that I have ever met in a very deep impact on me my visit to be a man what a tragedy that you have communism it is if it breaks my heart the number of vietnamese who died for that thug coaching men now you have capitalism someone so what all those vietnamese die for for communism have any vietnamese died a million two million I don't know how many and then suffered in a police state for decades for the see the vile idiocy called communism that's why you should all watch my video for you this week any time you're watching this past this week actually all the preview video stay up why isn't communism as he is not system when we killed about a hundred million people talking civilians not warm not more time yes your question dennis how to enter come to capitalism what is your view more than a fitness company this that's good to listen well you know my view they wasted be great vietnamese people their freedom and their lives and the proof is today what did you die for their for what they have been and communism because it's an idiotic doctor believe by intellectuals men studied and friends they pick up this moron ideas from European left us and then spread them around the world pull pop the the big terminator of the third of of the cambodian people he studied at the sorbonne and friends How do like from to work happen elysium because I actually believe and freedom capitalism mission aboard for free markets people should be economically free like free and every other way excuse me and because the only way to lift people out of poverty socialism lifted 10 people out of poverty capitalism is lifted billions out of poverty know what socialism does it spends the money that capitalism creates that's all of those so with that from the pray your House I will hopefully see you next week and remind you to visit University all his little reminder by the way I have a lot of lives I love
