Procore is a cloud based company and it seems that when it comes to choosing a General Contractor for their new build out in Carpinteria their head is still in the clouds. It is said that Procore may ...be entertaining bids fro RCI Construction. This is a company that in the past has used su contractors that don't pay area standard or living wages to their employees. This is unacceptable. Procore sells their products to companies in the construction field, and they expect to get paid the price that they ask cause they believe their product is worth it. The price that construction companies that pay area standard wages ask is worth it also cause of the high value of the product that they supply. See More

Please tell me you are not considering hiring RCI for up coming projects. RIC does not pay living wages to there workers. By using them in your projects you are stating that you are ok with that. T...he dude does not abide. I grew up in carpintera And hope you do the right thing See More

I was there as an invitee for an Inovation Lab they conduct periodically. They hosted a great event exposing me to all the people behind the scenes developing great products. I hear Procore is doing a buildout and is possibly using RCI Construction. Don't allow RCI to use the bottom feeding contractors that they always use. Please consider your community and use contractor...s that pay area standard wages! See More

Avoid expensive litigation using this product! Construction is behind the times since automation through Procore is a great way to document what has been done and prevent expensive and costly modifications.
