Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.: Tempo (6-7 miles)...
Wednesdays at 6:00 a.m.: Easy (6 miles from Pioneer High School, cnr Edgewood Ave & Stadium Blvd)
Thursdays at 6 p.m.: Speed work (5-6 miles)
Saturdays at 8 a.m.: Long runs (10-22 miles)
Sundays at 9 a.m.: Easy recovery runs (5-6 miles)

Thursday workout will be graced by daylight this week! That means a visit to Allmendigner Park! We will be doing 1 km, 1/2 mile, 1/4 mile loops, each x2, then a mad dash to Liberty Street down 5th street.

Attention 2018 Boston runners! If you're interested in taking the Bauman's bus to the start, here's the info. Act fast, because the buses do sell out.
Short explanation of this bus option: Yes, the BAA provides transportation to the start for via school buses free (well, for your race fee). The Bauman's bus is nice because it has a bathroom on it and you can stay on the bus once in Hopkinton -- a nice perk if it's cold or rainy on race day.
Last Thursday run before daylight savings + typical March weather means running 10x400m repeats around the diag. The buildings will block the wind, the sidewalks will be clear and lit, and 400m repeats means you'll be done before you know it!
Better than one more treadmill workout and will work you harder and you know it 😲
Oh my. This is just steps from our new run club location...this could be dangerous! We hear the lines are shorter if you RUN. 😜
❄️🌧 It's raining, It's snowing! And it's created some challenging conditions outside. We're canceling tonight's speed workout. Let's face it, we won't be too speedy in...whatever you call this. Get your quick on inside tonight if you can and be ready to go long Saturday!
