Saturdays at 8 a.m.: Long runs (10-22 miles)
Sundays at 9 a.m.: Easy recovery runs (5-6 miles)

Do you like running? Do you need people to motivate you to get out there? Well, set your alarm because we've got a beaut for you tomorrow. A lovely 8 miles out through Arbor Hills, loopable for an nice 10 -- or turn back-able for as little as you want to do. See you at 8 a.m. sharp!
For Thursday's 800m repeat workout, it's going to WARM and LIGHT, with a dash of wet.

It's Tempo Run Tuesday! Come on, get peppy. We'll do 6 miles on...North Campus again, because it's snowed recently and it's supposed to snow again this evening.

Winter is not all fun and games, folks! It’s time to put on your game face, get dressed (warmly) and hit the bricks. We have a mixed pavement and dirt road route cooked up for tomorrow at 8 a.m. at the studio, 326 W. Liberty. The route is 8 miles out for 16 miles total. Or a nice 10-mile loop is possible. See you out there!

Ann Arbor Track Club will host an indoor track meet on Tuesday night. These meets are held twice per year and designed to be fun and accessible to runners of all ages. In the last meet held in June there were 52 runners and times in the mile event ranged from 4:34 to 8:20. Every now and then you should find out how fast you can run a mile.
There are two distances on offer (mile and 300 meters) and three age groups (open, 40-54, and 55+). The venue is the Bowen Field House in Ypsilanti. Registration begins at 6:30 pm and the first event begins at 7:30 pm. Cost is $5 for AATC members and $7 otherwise. Results from past events appear at the link below.

Join us at 6 p.m. for a session that'll take us down to Fuller to Mitchell Field and back via Hospital Hill for the following hard efforts, with one minute of rest in between: 800M, 450M, 450M, 800M, 450M, 800M...and a bonus effort, followed by a cool down jog back to the studio.
The doors at 326 W. Liberty will be open by 5:45. See you then!

Wintervals are on tonight at PR Run Club. Bundle up and get your lights; we're doing 500-meter and 800-meter intervals around the Big House, where the footing is reasonably good. Total workout mileage will be about 3; plus ~2 miles warm-up and cool-down. The studio opens at 5:45 p.m.; run starts at ~6 p.m.
