One of the first stagiaires to intern in our kitchen back in 2012, Andrea honed her culinary training at The Natural Gourmet Institute, working to gain various experiences at The Mercer Kitchen, Pure Food and Wine, as well as operating multiple pie baking and catering stints before returning to HK this year.
