Positivity is my favorite studio. Appropriately named. It’s the one stop studio whether you just want to practice yoga or challenge your body with Tabata, Pound, Barre, Red Hot Dance, and so much more.... The most unpretentious group of yogis as well. You will feel comfortable the minute you walk in. The encouragement you get is heartwarming. � See More

I tried Positivity Yogis' Red Hot Dance class and loved it! Will definitely go back for more. Nice studio with wood floors (so your joints don't get slammed) unlike many dance locations. Melissa is ...a terrific instructor, class is fun and music is fantastic. It's a great workout -- tough since I've been away from dance for a few months -- but I'm going back for more. See More

**As with Red Hot Dance, if you are coming for POUND it might not be a bad idea to wear a different pair, and bring your shoes for class, to avoid any slipping from wet shoes.

New Class Announcement:Mat Pilates
FREE Intro class THIS Wednesday, 1/10 @ 11am.

Pilates focuses on improving core strength and flexibility by strengthening and lengthening the body. Pilates develops control and endurance throughout the entire body by emphasizing alignment & breathing, and improving coordination & balance. It consists of non-impact exercises and can be adapted for all fitness levels. Class will be held every Wednesday at 11am. Head to the Schedule page at to register.

Hello all! Suggestion for Red Hot Dance class tonight! With the wetness, ice and snow outside, it wouldn't be a bad idea to wear a pair of boots or shoes and change into your dancing shoes for class tonight. We want everyone to be safe and not have wet shoes on to shake their groove thangs!
