**As with Red Hot Dance, if you are coming for POUND it might not be a bad idea to wear a different pair, and bring your shoes for class, to avoid any slipping from wet shoes.

FREE Intro class THIS Wednesday, 1/10 @ 11am.
Pilates focuses on improving core strength and flexibility by strengthening and lengthening the body. Pilates develops control and endurance throughout the entire body by emphasizing alignment & breathing, and improving coordination & balance. It consists of non-impact exercises and can be adapted for all fitness levels. Class will be held every Wednesday at 11am. Head to the Schedule page at www.pyogis.com to register.
Hello all! Suggestion for Red Hot Dance class tonight! With the wetness, ice and snow outside, it wouldn't be a bad idea to wear a pair of boots or shoes and change into your dancing shoes for class tonight. We want everyone to be safe and not have wet shoes on to shake their groove thangs!
