From our very first visit we felt so welcomed and like we had grown up in this church. I was born and raised Catholic but my husband was not. I had not found a church that felt like home after we move...d until Queen of Peace. The day we officially joined was one of our greatest days!! See More

Love this church and the welcoming atmosphere. Looked so pretty for Christmas. Thanks to all who decorated and make our family feel at home. I feel peaceful every time I walk into church.

And sur...e, it was a little chilly for Mass on Saturday, but hey -- Jesus was born in a stable. I think we can survive a little cold. See More

Although I am no longer a member, I grew up at Queen of Peace. My grandmother, Claudia Wiseman was one of the founding members.

Priests of the Sacred Heart (SCJ), U.S. Province

The US provincial conference, "“Our Future: Together in Community and Ministry," concludes midday today. Interculturality is the focus of this morning's discuss...ions. Said one SCJ: "We want to continue to make this province INTERCULTURAL not just MULTICULTURAL." It's not that the province simply welcomes people of different cultures, but that it allows itself to be changed and enhanced by SCJs from around the world. Conference participants posted for a quick group photo before heading into the last activities of the gathering. #Dehonians

Later they were treated to ice cream. The 7th and 8th grade students carried out the weeks theme of serving others by helping the PK and K play bingo. Thanks to our bingo callers Mrs. Parker, Mrs. Pennington, and Mr. Miller.
