In 2013 we (Alexis Bulman and Patrick Callbeck) moved home to PEI to make a documentary about Rainbow Valley. We launched an Indiegogo campaign to fund the project and to our surprise support for this project rolled in from all across North America in the form of financial contributions and family home-videos and photographs to be used in the film. The response we received was incredibly encouraging as first-time filmmakers and as emerging artists!
The highlight of this proj...ect was getting to know the owners and creators of Rainbow Valley- the Davison family. They welcomed us and our project and taught us a lot about enjoying the creative process, and the importance of community and collaboration.
Enjoy the film, and thank you everyone!
