Sleepy little friends. Cassiopeia and Beavis are forming a funny little relationship with each other. I look at these two equally because they are both sentient beings who feel every emotion we [humans] feel. They feel pain, love, fear, happiness and more. But sadly, one is made into Ugg boots and slaughtered as a baby to make lamb chops. The other is looked at as an untouchable companion animal — and any time a dog is in the news being abused, the majority of the public lose their minds over it ... demanding justice. Where is the outrage over every person walking around with Ugg boots on? Where is the outrage in restaurants when people order lamb chops? Lambs are the most gentle beings on the planet. They are helpless. To kill them for our tastebuds and fashion should be a crime. Maybe one day it will be. Right now, all I can do is continue to show the world how beautiful lambs and puppies both are. They BOTH deserve respect. All I can do is show you Cassiopeia and Beavis together in videos in hopes that you make the connection and begin to understand. The way you feel about the Yulin Dog Meat Festival is exactly how I feel anytime I see pictures of traditional Thanksgiving dinner tables and menus with body parts of babies being served like it is no big deal. Please consider making more compassionate choices going forward. If you are already vegan, please encourage people who are not yet there in their journey. Just because you did it overnight does not mean the rest of the world will or can. If you are not vegan and have questions, ask away! There is a whole community here waiting to answer! Be kind to animals and humans. Do your best to spread knowledge without judgment. The world is waking up. On a more general note, stand against all oppression when you are witness to it. Toward humans and animals. It is all tied together. I used to look away. I used to partake in the ignorance proudly — as if my lack of compassion and knowledge made me superior. Never again. I am here now to stand tall and speak out. I will never look back unless it is to see how much I have grown. 🙏

I’m so in love with Bendy. Tomorrow, he turns one week old. He went from being discarded because he was born with no tail to one of the many loves of my life who I will protect until the end of time. The Lamancha is a breed of goat. They are born with NO EARS — but they usually have tails. The breeder who had this little dude wanted to cull him (send him to slaughter) because she did not want to keep him in her breeding stock due to his deformity. I am grateful that she allowed us to take him to Rancho Relaxo. Do you guys think he is precious or what?
