If you are serious about learning how to work out CORRECTLY this is the place for you. Both of the guys Chris and Aaron make working out fun, challenging and dynamic. When you are there they are 100...% focused on you while you are in session ensuring you are doing the excersize technically correct which is so important so you can maximize each one! They are very knowledgeable on your muscular system and can target excersizes that directly benefit your weaker areas. Very highly recommend. See More
