Peace & Love Beautiful Ones,
It takes a lot to follow your dreams. To take chances and hold tight to hope. There are some of us who's lives and dreams were torn apart due to abuse. It's not an easy feat to pull yourself (and your kids) out of this black hole, but you must know that it can be done. You must learn to dream new dreams and believe in yourself. The lies that were told to you weren't true. They were meant to break you down so that the bully could feel stronger. Lies. You are so much more than you may realize. You are allowed to rise up and take it back, but you must have hope. You must learn to believe in yourself. Your story and dreams are valid. Keep going, be patient with yourself, and remember to give yourself some love. Trust deserve peace, love, and happiness. xo Ella

Peace & Love Beautiful Ones.
In a response to one of my post's yesterday one of you (Linda)
shared this quote that her mother used to say to her when she was ...younger. I absolutely love it. "Be the wave, NOT the boat."
It's some serious wisdom that packs a great visual too. Thanks Linda!

A group of amazing women who form a tribe (men too are welcome) from all over the world! Imagine that. This tribe has helped me blossom from my cocoon to a butterfly! No greater feeling. No better gra...titude than to have a tribe of people care enough to help inspire you and guide at times to much greater place of serenity then when you first became a part! I'm grateful and blessed to be a part of something much greater than myself. I love you all!! See More

I only came across RT a wee while ago but have enjoyed the warmth and supportive messages . Especially the note that says although the site has been mainly set up for women (men are welcome too) ! It... is good to share our challenges and give support as well and these pages enable us to do this and that is wonderful. Thank you dear RT. See More

I choose to be my authentic self. I am strong and courageous. I am not my past.
I choose to rise up and stand tall. I will embrace change and growth. I choose to keep moving forward. I will do no harm... to myself or others. I meet life's bumps with Hope & Love.
I believe I am worthy.
