Soooo, Lucy's "Frida" Trike that one of our Kitchen Mgrs created from all vintage parts and hand painted for her was stolen off the front porch of our home last night. Huge loss. A real work of art on 3 wheels. If any of you see ANY trikes around Salt Lake City, please message us on Facebook or call restaurants or our personal cells. They will probably repaint it but a Trike is a Trike unless they "chop" it for parts. And they are very rare.
Just made another TOP 10 LIST in Salt Lake City. It's a great list, proud to be selected amongst this group. SLC's culinary scene is ROCKIN'!

This is what we LOVE to see, great kids, great program
Mr. Kelly, Ms. Karen, and Ms. Anna had the privilege of celebrating our Principal's 200 Club drawing for the month of October by taking 10 students to lunch at ...the Red Iguana 2 today. Students earn Principal's 200 Club tickets when they are caught being safe, responsible, and respectful in the halls and on the playground by teachers and staff. Our next drawing will be the first week of November. We are so grateful to the Red Iguana for sponsoring our lunch!

The All Star Broadcast team assembled for the first UTES football game of the season just chowed down at Red 1. #RoxyBernsteinBroadcastGang They are the best of the best assembled because the UTES are gonna ROCK IT this year and they wanna BE THERE. - Much like Brewers are, Tattooers are Artists too. and much like Cook...s, we can only taste on spice at a time. The difference is we can only do one job at a time. we can not sell a six pack or two tortas at once. And here (lies) the situation. Bohemian Brewery and Red Iguana is sponsoring an event that is organized by some unscrupulous people that have no respect for local professionals, or our local Clientele. These con-men have organized this Con-Job-Fair, (and other job fairs), to accommodating the traveling Gypsies and bring them into local market where they have no other business. More than 150 gypsy tattooers will be at this event, and will take out of the local market approximately $500.000 in one weekend that otherwise could have and probably would have been spent locally, with local professionals through-out the rest of the year. This well organized event takes the word-of-mouth-advertisment right out of the local market, That is essential for us to survive and compete in a fair market, and makes local professionals unfairly compete with tattooers that have no business here any other time of the year. If we could sell a six pack of tattoos to many people quickly, it would be no different than you selling beers to many people all at once. But we can not do that, we can only sell one tattoo at a time. and these unscrupulous con job fair organizers know this, and prey on our market with 150 plus tattooers, right at the prime (tax return) time of our hard earned season. Only to reap the profit (if there was any this year), and ruin local reputations with these unfair business methods. And now I see Bohemian Brewery is supporting these gypsies and this con job fair. Please change your mind withdraw your support your support for this event and support local professionals, so we can support our local Brewery in a better manner too. Please pay attention to the Local Boycott of this con job fair by local professionals that has been ongoing for several years. This will help locals regain control of our profession, and help us get out of the perpetual recession the TattooProfession has been continually sliding into for more then 10 years.
