STUDY: Farming systems with a focus on nature have fewer pests AND generate significantly higher profits than conventional, chemical-based farms.
🙌
Ecologically-based farming systems contain far fewer pests and generate much higher profits than their conventional, chemical-based counterparts according to research published in the journal PeerJ earlier this year by scientists at South Dakota State University and the Ecdysis Foundation. The study...

Agroforestry is a powerful weapon in the fight against climate change. The practice combines trees with crops and livestock on the same plot of land. It's particularly popular in developing countries because it allows small shareholder farmers—who have little land available to them—to maximize their resources.

In a world so full of harsh realities, the problems seem too big to overcome. Not only does this org...anization give me hope for the future, it has shown me that healing the environment is actually do able. That brings me so much peace and at the same time it lights a passion in me to contribute to this cause. See More
My review is based on the concept. I don't know anything about this organization, except that when I... Googled them it looks like they have been doing great things worldwide for quite a long time. Regeneration farming sounds like exactly what we need to help heal our soil and our earth.
I am signing up to find out more about them, how they work and how we can bring back the distinctive tastes in fruits and vegetables by growing them with soil and water that has no chemicals, and are grown naturally, without modifications of any kind. Working together with farmers and growers sounds like a great way to heal not only our planet, but our bodies, minds and spirits.
My question to all of my older FB friends is: How many of you remember what fruit used to taste like? How you could distinguish one from another, the smell of the different fruits and vegetables in the produce section in the markets, how because they were naturally grown and came straight from the fields, you had to go through some of them to make sure they were all ripe, didn't have a worm or a caterpillar crawling on them, or a spot that was bad? It wasn't often that you would find something, but it was always a good thing to check.
It will be a long process, but I am ready to do that again. It will be worth it to me in the long run. What about you?
Regeneration International, it sounds to me like this is your goal, if I'm right, then count me in to spread the word and join your team. See More
