"Changing people's lives by changing the way they relate to each other," said Ralph Jones during his acceptance speech for the NARME Lifetime Educator Award. That is what has motivated Ralph for his entire career. He is a master trainer and consultant, and the co-director and co-author of the World Class Marriage family of curricula, along with his wife of nearly 40 years, Patty Howell, president of Healthy Relationships California. They've been teaching together since 1997, and have conducted RME programs and parent-effectiveness trainings in 14 countries on five continents. This award has been given to Ralph Jones, 90, for dedicating more than 45 years to teaching people across the globe how to have healthy relationships. Congratulations, Ralph!

A new program created for fathers is taking off in California. It's called R3 Academy. In the past six months -- more than 400 dads have taken the course which teaches them how to relate better with their children and spouses.
