Earlier this morning, President Obama signed #WRRDA making it the law of the land. This bipartisan legislation is good for the Great Lakes, good for Michigan, and good for jobs. For communities along the Lakeshore, harbors are a vital economic lifeline. WRRDA recognizes this by making dredging a priority, restoring the harbor maintenance trust fund, and by promoting the economic significance of the Great Lakes.
