We had little difficulties finding the place, but the searching time was worth every second ! If your looking for a light yet filling dinner this is the place. Their Pibil tacos are amazing and the Momo Tofu was tasty and not at all heavy. Their desert chocobite was just incredible. Highly recommended.

Incredibly delicious food and a magical experience! I dined with the Tulum Vegan Fest special dinner group and words can't describe how beautiful it was. Every bite was out of this world! Thank you for a wonderful time. We will see you again in January :)

The best Vegan Ceviche!!! Patricia was a great host she recommended this and was sure I get fresh tortillas not fried instead of the fried chips as they usually... give because I told her I can eat fried food at all. The fresh nixtamalizedcorn handmade tortillas were superb as well as the ceviche. I can't wait to go here again. Will visit again very soon عرض المزيد

I visited this restaurant twice on my trip to Tulum and found it one of the best vegan/vegetarian restaurants I've been to in years! Restauraré is a welcomed ch...ange and to find something this great on vacation, especially for someone like me-- a very long-time vegetarian! On my first occasion, we shared a bunch of different items, each one as good as the next from the Arugula salad with nuts and seeds and amazing dressing, to the veggie pibil tacos and the green curry/coconut milk carrot noodles with tofu...even the coffee and the nut ball for dessert was awesome. The food is unbelievably tasty with loads of flavor. You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy this food.

Next occasion at Restaurare was with friends, both Vegans as well and in town for the Vegan Fest, we had a smorgasbord of food at the table! From appetizers like the lettuce wraps and again the veggie pibil tacos to main plates like the coconut ceviche and a mushroom bowl, to the mole dish with veggies and tofu and homemade corn tortillas (OMG!), and the momo tofu which I devoured...was made with a rice and veggies base and then tofu wrapped in a chaya or some other local flavorful leaf and special sauce that was to die for. I cannot even begin to explain the burst of different flavors we experienced and I will definitely be back there on my next trip to Tulum and I highly recommend to anyone in the area...vegetarian or not. Absolutely delicious food! Fresh drink with lime cucumber and chia is a MUST, as well as coconut ceviche. Main dishes are also fabulous. Especially Mayan curry!... Loved it! Food allergy emergency- Restaurare seemed unconcerned.

My partner and I went for dinner tonight and he ordered something that didn't list peanuts on the menu.... When he started to feel funny we asked the waiter if the dish had peanuts in it because he is allergic. The waiter said he would check. He didn't come back for at least 20 minutes, they sent someone else to have us pay, then I had to find out waiter and ask him AGAIN to ask about the peanuts. He finally checked and our fears were confirmed. We had to rush out to get the epipen, and spent hours dealing with a very sick person on vacation. Not fun. عرض المزيد

We stopped in for a quick lunch and were treated to a fabulous experience. Roberto, our server, was genuinely caring and helpful. We loved the Mexican coffee and tacos we split, the hot sauce concoction was unreal. They even tossed in a free dessert. Thank you Restaurare!

I am a vegetarian and a vaishnavas. We are only suppose to eat food stuff cooked with love and offered to The Lord. It then becomes prasadum,the lords mercy. I'...ve eaten here (i had tofu sandwich:) and have spoken with both owners (one even gave me a ride into town when inwas walking the beach road) their food is the closest to prasadum in Tulum because it really is a labor of love. What an amazing culinary experience , looking for a vegan/vegetarian restaurant on the front beach... And wow a beautiful encounter.
People are so kind very pr...ofessional, the food is a journey in itself, colorful very tasty and so healthy.
I do believe even for people eating meat, those tacos de "cochinita" would be a blast in their mouth...

Went here three times during the week I was in Tulum. Everything about Restaurare is amazing- service is surprisingly good for such a laid-back area, the ambien...ce is so relaxing & the food is beyond amazing.
