- Congratulations on your historic win! I hate that you have to begin... amidst one of the darkest chapters in our history. I have a request: The President of the United States SHOULD NOT be above the law. If anything, he should be held to a higher standard. The law with respect to this basic problem is archaic and should be changed. I realize that is a double-edged sword, but part of the problem, in my view, is that POTUS hasn't been the moral leader of the country (with a few exceptions) in years. Congress itself should be able to invoke the 25th in cases like these in which the President, surrounded by yes men, has committed an act of Sedition and intentionally caused insurrection.
