Finally made it for lunch with a friend. I'm vegan and she's vegetarian. We both got the vegan version of the Free Bird burger, mine with kale ceasar and my fri...end got fries.
That burger is amazing! Literally the best I've ever had. It's so crispy, but soft on the inside, and spiced perfectly. My friend agreed that it was mind-blowing; she said she could eat it everyday.
The kale ceasar was good, but has stiff competition from Envie and Wild Leek.
The service was also great! The server was helpful and friendly, never let our water glasses go empty, but was never over - bearing.

Amazing food and service. Super comfortable and very friendly (not overbearing and still attentive). Great beer and probably the best Apple fritter ever, and it...'s vegan � Kombucha is � The only thing that could have made our experience even better would be to have a storm door and regular door to keep out the winter air. amazing food and amazing owners who support the local food movement! love that almost all items can be made vegan! the tofu free bird is my ultimate fave item b...ut everything is delicious ive tried it all! seasonal item the root chakra is incredible and i also love the vegan big mac and killer kale ceasar salad. fries are also on point and they often have vegan cupcakes or donuts :) highly recommend going! عرض المزيد

Went for supper last night and loved it! Our server was lovely, the service was fast and the food delicious! We ordered the Blue Monday Burger, Hubbie had the f...ries and I had the beet salad as part of our combo, both were excellent. Not cheap but you are receiving quality food!

Amazing food! Really happy with the quality of food and the quality of the service. Felt very cared for as a customer, the chef came out and asked how everything was, which really impressed me! So happy this place is in my neighbourhood. 🍔🍟🥕

I had the vegan big mac and a kale caesar, it was so amazing I'm actually sad i can't afford to eat there everyday. The burger was delicious and filling. The kale was steamed a bit which made it so much better.

Love this place!! So far I've tried the Mac burger and riot burger (both veggie). The storm chips are so fun and good too. Love the staff, it's nice to see restaurants opening with positive owners and good quality food. My go to place for burgers now!

Food & service were great. Not a big spot which makes it nice, about a dozen tables. Local fresh offering for food, beer, wine & even a locally made ice tea which was delicious. Will definitely be back.

I had the "Return of the Mack", which is their take on a Big Mac. I used to love Big Macs, and not only is RIOT's burger better, but is entirely made with local food! Strongly recommend!!!

I had the Drop the Beet Salad today with tofu added and it was AMAZING!! First time there today. Perfect combination, from ingredients to taste to crunch, loved it! Definitely my new to go spot. Me personally speaking, less be better, bit heavy handed on the delicious Lemon Herb dressing.

My sister and I ate at RIOT snack bar tonight and it was amazing. Literally the best meal we both ever had. We both ordered the chicken and brown rice honey gar...lic special and it was absolutely delicious. All fresh ingredients, the best way I can describe it is like a warm hug for your insides. The staff was so lovely and the food was so tasty. It tasted like something I would expect from a five restaurant. My sister has alot of allergies and the cook was so accommodating to her special dietary needs. All in all it was a 5/5, we will definitely be back soon :) عرض المزيد

Had the Mack Burger and although it looked smaller than a regular burger might, it was way more dense and wholesome than any burger I've ever had. I left feelin...g full! Small selection of local beers - all top notch! Food was awesome, atmosphere was comfortable, and service was fast and friendly. All around great experience. We'll definitely be returning and recommending!

RIOT is not a standard sit down table service restaurant, but it sure comes close. It feels like a neighbourhood family type place to me, with terrific staff and some super healthy food. I look forward to many more meals here.

Visited today for take out, ordered the twisted sister with chicken add on....DELICIOUS! It was just like Xmas opening up the box...lol! Great food, can't wait to return and try other items on menu...great job / keep up the great cooking!
