I went in this morning to get my car fixed, with my two Toddlers. I have been worried for a week about bringing my busy kids and having to wait in the lobby.
When I arrived, an employee immediately g...reeted me and offered to watch my children in the playroom while I signed in. My kids were mesmerized by all the toys and were very entertained. Then she offered me a latte, bagels and snacks for my kids.
They were done with my car in less than half the time than they anticipated. They made sure all the work was covered by my warranty and set me up with a rental car of my choice.
I am still in shock about the amazing service and painless process this was. Rodland Toyota is a great example of how to provide excellent service.

Be careful of the sales people they will mislead you about service warranties. If I knew then when I know now my buying decision would have been different. They give car salespersons a bad name. Woul...d never purchase a car from them again. Shaddy. See More

I have had an awful experience ever since buying my car from Rodland. First 5,000 mile "checkup" I told the service guy from team blue that there was water getting into my back light. He told me it wa...s vented and supposed to do that. I researched this and found out it wasn't true or what was happening to my light was different and this was not supposed to happen. I took it in for my 10,000 mile "checkup" and mention it again and said I wanted it fixed, I was told it would be looked at. While at this appointment I was waiting for my keys to be delivered and my car was parked out front and I watched as an employee walked over and showed off my car to another customer!! I complained but got nothing as I was just there for a checkup. A couple of weeks later my light turned green from water getting in it. So obviously it was not fixed or looked at. I went back to Rodland to show the service department. I was told that the part would be ordered in and I would get notified when it came in. After a week and a half of hearing nothing, I went into the dealership and I asked the parts department if this part was in stock, and they notified me that the part has been there for several days. When I asked my team blue service member why I had not received a call I was given the runaround about how there's a process and I may not know for a while. I was obviously displeased, but wanted the tail light fixed. I just had the tail light fixed and while washing my car today I noticed that there is damage done to my car while they were installing the new taillight. I will be stopping by tomorrow to get the damage looked at. However I am a very unsatisfied customer, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I want the damaged fixed but I never plan on taking my car here again. Beware of their up front customer service it fades the second the vehicle is purchased. See More

I absolutely love this place. Just got a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry from these guys and Jordan was awesome. Any questions I had he took the time to answer them and do it in a way I understood. None o...f the gawboldy gook stuff. Tom was great as well and helped us find a way to get what we needed. I will definitely be going back there for any cars in the future. We traded in our 18 year old 4 Runner last night and left with a super clean low mileage 2016 Corolla! We were given a great trade in allowance and our salesperson Colton was top notch! This dealership has the most amazing service department I have ever dealt with. From pulling my car up this morning, working with the amazing service team on an issue that I did not know was even unde...r warranty, they took care of me from start to finish saving me $4000 in repair cost.
Calling me with an update letting me know what would happen next, setting me up with a rental car for free and taking care of an issue that I truly did not think would be covered. I know my car is in good hands.

Rodland Toyota is doing service on my car today. I called them earlier this week and they set me up with service and courtesy car. When I got there I thought I had all the info for the courtesy car. C...ouldn't find my insurance card. Anastasia at the rental center was patient, professional, and very helpful. She helped me out and in a few minutes I was in a 2016 Corolla S. I used to buy all my cars at Rodland Toyota, I don't remember why I stopped, but I will definitely remember why I will start again. Thanks Anastasia you rock!!! See More

Thank you Mark for selling me my new 2017 Corolla IM. I came in to trade my Ford Focus for a Prius C - after doing online research I was pretty set on a Prius. Mark spent the time showing me all of th...e Priuses that Rodland had. Mark could tell I was not feeling the Prius. With the help of my dad, I was recommended the Corolla. Sales staff is friendly and know their products. A pleasant experience in purchasing our new vehicle in dealing with the sales staff and the finance department. My brief experience with the parts depa...rtment found a friendly, helpful staff. My first experience with the service department was not as pleasant. I felt as though I was rushed. I pulled into the service bay and was promptly met by a service tech. He wrote down the info from the vehicle and took me to one desk, who I assume was the scheduler. She sent us to the desk of a service advisor, where I stood and waited my turn while he finished what he was doing. Once it was my turn more information exchanged. Then he led me to the rental car desk. Other than a brief walk around the car looking for previous damage, very impersonal. The whole experience in the service department was impersonal. I know they are busy, but take a little extra time to get to know your customers. They are your bread and butter. See More

Came here once previously to get an extra set of keys made for my new (to me) Tacoma. Recently started having transmission issues and brought it in Monday morning to get checked out. Was given a loane...r car for the time being (I dislike driving cars and always been in a truck/SUV). The process from driving into the shop to leaving took me 15 minutes and I was on the way to work. Staff is friendly and informal. Awaiting news on the Tacoma and its transmission issue so will see what happens over the course of the next few days See More

Today I brought my car in for service, and I took my baby on a walk while we waited. When I got back to the dealership, I noticed the tires on my stroller were low so I asked on a whim if they would f...ill them up. Without hesitation they rolled us back and Julian carefully filled up our three tires. I can't thank Rodlands enough!! The staff here are amazing. They were very friendly, and helped us out in every way possible. They let us keep our vehicle there a day before our appointment, and provi...ded us a free loaner car so we could get to work on time. Their shop was clean, had complimentary coffee, tea, bagels, and cookies. Their quotes were fair and answered any question we had. I don't write reviews often, but when I do it's because the service I received was so exceptional that everyone needs to know, especially if they are looking for a car. By way of background, my wife ...and I have driven Honda's since 1997. My lease was ending and, although I intended to go with another Honda, I took the opportunity to consider other brands. I had never considered entering a Toyota dealership until a colleague at work suggested that I give them a shot. I'm so glad he did!

My first conversation with Rodland Toyota was a phone call handled by Zach, one of the salespeople. He invited me to the dealership that evening to look at comparable vehicles. I was very impressed by the clean and well-appointed showroom and service area. The facility is only a couple of years old and still has "that new car smell". The sales area is open, well-lit, and comfortable. The service waiting area feels like a Starbucks. It has a variety of seating, a huge TV, free Wifi, and even an espresso bar (with free water, juice and snacks)! I noticed that there was a separate playroom for kids and a semi-private office area for folks who need to work while their car is being serviced.

Zach was with another customer when I arrived, so he asked Clay to help me out. I immediately sensed that there was a family atmosphere at Rodland. This was very different from other dealers where salespeople trip over each other to capture a lead. I came to find out that Zach and Clay had worked together at a different dealership (another brand) and had been hired at Rodland as a team. Therefore, I had total confidence that dealership politics wouldn't be an issue.

Clay is beyond attentive and a genuinely nice guy. Wouldn't expect less from a veteran. He took my for a test drive in a Rav4 and it wasn't just around the block. We went around the Boeing area, so that I could get a feel for how the vehicle handled at speed and in curvy road conditions. At no time did Clay pressure me into choosing Toyota over a competing brand. He simply presented the facts, rather than the corporate pitch.

The deal was much less of a negotiation than Clay presenting my needs to management and coming back with an offer. At other dealerships, this is a drawn-out back and forth. When I expressed concerns over the offer, John, one of the managers, took matters into his own hands and beat the competitor outright. The financing, handled by Jeff, was the fastest and least cumbersome process I've ever experienced.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Greg (the GM) and Jim (Sales Manager) who worked out the details of my deal. Normally, you'd expect management to be aloof and stodgy, but these guys were super-friendly and caring, both to me as a customer and to their salespeople.
