Going to a concert shouldn't feel like going to the airport. Not to mention your security doesn't even stop the actual problems like staring directly at the couples having sex in the middle of the sta...nds and not doing anything. Hard as it is to believe some of us came to see the show not a bunch of people going at it. Also the quality of this venue sucks; cramped uncomfortable seating, crappy prices, and rude staff. The VMC at the Rose Quarter is a dive. Paint peeling off the railings. Still not a single ADA compliant seat in the house and probably the worst disabled seating of any public arena in the Northwest

It would be nice if you had more employees to show people where their seats are. Walked around the Vets Memorial Coliseum twice to find a section that's not even listed on the doors. Worse place to fi...nd seats in my entire concert going life. See More

Major fail of Moda Center at Rose Quarter. We have been looking forward to Pentatonix for months! Sold us 5 phantom tickets in row "P" of section 227 that does not exist! The usher even joked while ...directing us to our seats that it's standing room only (because it is a cement walkway). How is this a joke and why didn't he direct us to ticket services immediately? This issue should have been resolved in advance or at the very least, when our tickets were scanned for entry. We were only offered alternatives of 2 seats and 3 GA standing room. Not okay as some of us have medical/physical issues who cannot stand for extended periods of time. Now 3 of us had to go home as there were no other options available, yet I am looking at empty seats next to me and in the rows adjacent. A full refund for the 3 seats is NOT enough! We wasted time and money to get to this concert, especially since we missed our friend's concert to attend. Poor and unprofessional customer service from the usher to the guest service and ticket service! Worst experience at Moda Center as part of Rose Quarter! See More

Love the Rose Quarter. It has been the rose garden for decades and will alway be that to me. Moda is just lacks any character. Why not make it Modas Rose Garden- this is the city of roses!

Truly enjoyed the Trans Siberian orchestra, but the food and drinks were just to costly. Not worth it. Come on, $5.00 for a bottle of water. Eat before you go.

This is Portland and it rains a lot "NO UMBRELLA POLICY*! You want five stars, change the policy. Other than that I regularly enjoy events. Food is good and staff meets expectations. Usually stay in t...he box area and enjoy my stay. See More

Seats suck, stairs are way to steep and food and drink are over priced

The Rose Quarter has been named one of the best for their food choices of any other arena!

Food and drink expensive and food is nothing to write home about. Save your appetite for after the event.

I went to Dr. Jack’s at the Rose Quarter after work about 2 weeks ago and have to say it was some of the best food I have had in the Rose City!

The "Moda" is a great place to watch just about anything. Coliseum still has good use left in it as well.

The Memorial Coliseum as it sits is a big waste of space and energy. It would be perfect as Portland's Pike Place Market.
Just add a couple more floors. The parking
is already there.

I think it's terrible you don't refund shows when it's next to impossible to get there :(

Great venue, not really a bad seat in the house. Food prices are what you'd expect to pay for a venue like this.

I would give this 4 stars if Rose Quarter could provide a detailed seating chart for concerts with reserved seating prior to the day we show up and we're being escorted to our seats. PCPA offers a sea...ting detail for their venues and so do some other concert venues in TicketMaster where you can purchase the EXACT seats that are still avialable, on your own. Let start with a detailed seating chart first though .. See More
